Existing Customers
If you have an online login, your delivery details are displayed on the ‘My Account’ pages.
Collections & Trade Counter - Opening hours 9am - 1pm & 2pm - 4pm
(Please note our trade counter is closed between 1pm & 2pm)
We welcome collections from our warehouse (postcode BS37 7PA). When you have added your goods to the basket and are at the checkout, you will be asked to confirm your billing / delivery address. Once complete, the following section enables you to choose a delivery method. If you choose collection, any delivery charges are removed and you will be asked to confirm your collection date.
Returns Policy
Items purchased from the Bioclarity website may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
These goods must be unused / unworn and in the original undamaged packaging.
If an incorrect item is sent by us, please notify our team immediately.

Please note the returning of goods may incur a restocking charge as per our terms of sale.
Stock Levels & Availability
We make every effort to ensure the stock levels and availability on our website is as accurate as possible. Items that show 'In Stock' are despatched from our warehouse, while items that show 'Out Of Stock - place order for 2-3 days delivery' will be on back order. We will contact you if a lead time is longer to confirm when we will be able to get the goods to you.
Weekends & Bank Holidays
Please note that we are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
We can use our carrier services to deliver on a Saturday at an additional cost.
